What if I fail the final Exam?
You will not receive credit for the course until you pass the final exam. Most states allow you to re-take the final exam as many times as necessary to pass. If your state has a rule regarding the number of times you can retake it, that information will be listed in the page before you take the final exam.
The purpose of the final exam is to test your understanding of the course material. If you review all the material, the exam should be no problem!

Can I access the course material after completing a course?
Yes, every course you take will remain accessible to you from your account. You may also print your completion certificate as many times as you like. To access your courses, simply log into your account and every course you've taken will be stored with your account information. If we make significant modifications to a course to make it a new version, you will still have access to the old version.
If a course becomes inactive or expired in your state, you will still have access to the course material. However, you will not be able to complete the final exam. If this situation occurs, please contact our customer service if you’d like a refund.
