  • Instructor: Carol Ball

    Carol Ball, representing five generations of Mauians, is co-owner of a Hawaii real estate brokerage and is principal and owner of the Carol Ball School of Real Estate. Licensed in real estate in Hawaii since 1978 and licensed as a Hawaii real estate prelicensing instructor since 2001, Carol has taught post licensing courses since 1980 and  pre-licensing courses since 2001. She formed her real estate brokerage in 1980, a multi agent real estate general brokerage firm presently managed and operated by her children and where she serves as chairman of the board.

    Carol holds the National Association of Realtors designations of Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM), Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and member, Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). A graduate of the University of Michigan, Carol holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and a Certificate in Online Teaching from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is editor of The Hawaii Real Estate Exam Book, a study guide to the state section of the Hawaii real estate licensing exam. Carol served on the Hawaii Real Estate Commission from 2004-2012 serving as its chairman in the final year of her tenure.
