Learn to list foreclosed REO (Real Estate Owned) property for banks. 
  • Banks generally dispose of foreclosed REO properties by hiring people with the right skills and experience to accomplish the job quickly and efficiently. Many large banks and government institutions have their own REO asset management departments. Other banks obtain the services of asset management companies, who in turn hire real estate agents and brokers to list and sell the bank’s REO properties.
    In this course, you will learn the skills necessary to work with banks, asset management companies, or any other entity that manages bank owned properties, in order to list their foreclosed properties.
