  • This course will help you make remodeling choices that will conserve energy and create a healthy environment in which to live and work. It will introduce you to green construction methods and products so that you can better counsel your clients about their renovation projects, whether they be pre-sale fix-ups or complete remodels. When you and your clients adopt earth-friendly renovation practices, you are contributing to a healthier, more sustainable environment for us today, and for future generations.
  • This course will help you better serve your clients by learning about sustainable renovation techniques, green design, and other methods to conserve and reduce the cost of energy in order to better counsel and advise your clients who intend to remodel their home or building.

    Nikki Nau has a degree in Environmental Science, and has owned and operated an organic agriculture business. She is currently a managing partner at a Minnesota family business that specializes in green remodeling and renovation in the Twin Cities.

    Nikki publishes an e-newsletter that features eco-friendly real estate practices, and she has lectured on the importance of environmentally friendly practices. She has worked for the Nature Conservancy, which is the leading conservation organization working around the world to protect ecologically important lands and waters for nature and people.

    Nikki’s passion is to preserve and protect our natural resources, and to help people live in healthy, sustainable homes and workplaces.
