    Carmel Streater received her Ph.D. in Vocational (Adult) Education from Louisiana State University. She has been a real estate instructor since 1985, beginning her career as an instructor in the large regional real estate brokerage where she worked as a broker and trainer. A thirty plus years veteran of listing and selling real estate, Dr. Streater is known for her ability to communicate information and techniques that can be used by her students to increase their profits while conducting their business in a lawful, ethical and professional manner. She specializes in train-the-trainer and fair housing courses, but also teaches a variety of other real estate topics.
