Understand the ethical standards embodied by the NAR® Code of Ethics.
This course examines the Realtor® Code of Ethics. Articles that are commonly the subject of ethical complaints against Realtors® will be discussed, and case studies help to illuminate the standards of practice. This course emphasizes the articles of the Code relating to the Duties to Clients and Customers (Articles 1-9).
This course meets all learning objectives and criteria for the National Association of REALTORS® Ethics Training.
According to MN Statute 45.30 (c), “A Licensee must not receive credit for more than eight hours of continuing education in one day.” The date you receive credit for our courses is the date you complete the final exam, according to Central Standard Time. It is your responsibility to keep track of how many credits you have earned each day.
