You can continue to take your online courses with Continuing Ed Express as you always have been. Our courses are online, available 24/7. Our customer service and instructors are available as always, working remotely.
You may start and stop your course at any time, and the website will keep track of where you left off. You will continually have access to the online course, so you may review the material in the future.

Exam Proctoring – Minnesota Pre-License Courses
Minnesota requires you to take the course final exam for all online pre-license courses under the supervision of a proctor.

In-Person Proctoring
We have suspended proctoring at our office location, and currently do not have a timeframe when that will resume. Continue to check our website for updates on when this will resume. In the meantime, please use our remote exam proctoring service, which is explained above. If you plan to have your final exam proctored in-person by a different proctor, please contact us PRIOR to taking your proctored exam to verify your proctor will qualify.
Attention Minnesota Broker Pre-license Students:
You are required to pass a PROCTORED final exam for the Minnesota Broker Pre-License Course in order to receive continuing education credits for the course. Please plan ahead in scheduling your remote proctoring session, so you are able to reserve a proctoring session well in advance of your continuing education deadline.
Since things are changing all the time due to COVID-19, we recommend you contact your state’s real estate regulatory agency with license renewal questions, or other specific questions. We want to make sure you have the most up-to-date information.
