Refund Policy

Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration for a course for any reason up to sixty (60) calendar days from the date of purchase. We will NOT issue a refund when a course has been completed and a certificate of completion has been issued.

Refund requests can be emailed to info@continuingedexpress.com, or sent through the Contact Us form. Please include the name of the specific course(s) you’d like to receive the refund for.


Exchange Policy

You may exchange a course for equal or lesser value anytime, for any reason, as long as you did NOT complete the course. We mean it, anytime, for any reason. If you log into your account and you see an expired course that you have not completed, contact us for an exchange! 

Course exchange requests can be emailed to info@continuingedexpress.com, or sent through the Contact Us form. Please include the name of the specific course(s) you’d like to exchange. We will send you a promo code that is valid for a course of equal or lesser value of the exchanged course.
