How to Reset Your Password

Step 1 - Verify you have an account with us

Make sure that you are attempting to log in to the correct company's account. We are Continuing Ed Express. If you are unsure, please contact us to verify whether or not you have an account with our company.

Step 2 - Locate your Username

If you have forgotten your username, you will first need to fill out the left side column. If you already know your username, you can skip to Step 3.

When you fill out the left side, your username will then be emailed to you. Make sure you enter the email address that is associated with your Continuing Ed Express account. This is the email you used when you first registered for your online courses, and when you created your account with Continuing Ed Express. If you think you have changed your email address, try using a different email. You can also contact us for assistance in verifying your account email address.

After you enter your email address, click on the “I’m not a robot” box (you might also be asked a question to confirm that you are a real person after you click the box). After that, your username will be emailed to you. You should receive the email within a few minutes after submitting this information.

Please Note: Make sure to check your spam folder if you are not finding the email.

If you are unsure what email you used when creating an account with Continuing Ed Express, check all your email accounts, and search for any emails from us. You can search “info@continuingedexpress” or “Continuing Ed Express” in your email account. When you purchase a course and sign up for an account, you would have received an email confirming your order. When you locate your order email from us, then you’ll know which email address you used when registering. Make sure to check your spam folders if you’re not finding any emails in your searches. If you are still not sure, please contact us, and we can confirm which email you used when setting up your account.

Step 3 - Reset your password

After you’ve retrieved your username (or if you already know it) you can fill out the right side to reset your password. For security reasons, we do not have access to your password. This is reason we have this reset password process, so if you are not able to remember your password, you will need to create a new one. Continue following these simple instructions to reset your password.

Enter your username and the email address associated with your Continuing Ed Express account. If you don’t know either of these, see Steps 1 and 2. After you enter your username and email, click on the box “I’m not a robot” (you might be asked to answer a question to confirm that you are a real person trying to reset your password after you click the box). You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Step 4 - Check your email

You will receive an email that looks like this. It will include your name in the intro, and your username in the email. Carefully read the email instructions. Then click on the orange button in the email after you read the instructions.

Step 5 - Reset your password

After you click on the orange button from the email, you will be directed to this page. DO NOT remove or edit the “Password Reset Code.” It will automatically fill out when you click on the orange button, and this code is unique to you.

Fill out the username and your new password. You will then need to confirm your new password and fill it out again. See the instructions on the page for what is required when creating a password. You will receive an error message if your password does not meet the requirements. These password requirements are for your security; a stronger password is more secure.

After you enter the required information, check the box “I’m not a robot.” You might be asked to answer a question to confirm that you are a real person trying to reset your password. Then click on the purple button at the bottom to reset your password.

Step 6 - Log into your account

After you reset your password, you will be directed to the sign in page. Your password has successfully been reset!

You can now log into your account. Enter your username and the password you just created. Click “Sign In” and you will be taken to your account.

Did you forget the password you just created? That’s okay. You can easily and immediately restart this process. Go to Step 2 to begin again.

Step 7 - Take your courses (and review other features of your account)

Below is an explanation of the navigation options in your Continuing Ed Express account.

In Progress
Your courses that you have not yet completed will be the first thing you see when you sign into your account. Those courses are in the “In Progress” section. You can click Start to begin a new course, or “Continue” to resume a course you have already started.

Completed
If you need to check your course completion history with Continuing Ed Express, you can click on Completed in the left side navigation. At the top you’ll see tabs for Continuing Ed, Pre-License, and Training courses to view all the completed courses for those course types.

Messages
You can send messages to your course instructor or our customer service from the Messages area in your account. If you have received a message from an instructor, a red number will appear in this area to indicate how many unread messages you have in your account.

Order History
Do you need to see your order history? Click on “Orders” to view all the receipts for all the courses you’ve ever purchased with Continuing Ed Express.

Settings
If you need to update your name, email address, or any other personal information from your account, click on “Settings.” The only thing you cannot update is your license number. You can update your license number prior to taking the course final exam. However, if needed, you can contact our customer service and ask someone to update your license number.
