This course gives a basic overview of mortgage products and options that are available for real estate buyers. The course explains FHA, conventional, DVA, and USDA lending products. Understanding how the Mortgage Act and Practices Rule and the TILA-RESPA disclosure rule applies to real estate professionals will also be discussed. Students will learn how to help clients choose reputable lenders and find financial resources for purchasing real estate.
